BOOM here is The Build i think is good http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1d4YV Boom ls it good TELL ME!
Do you already have your RAM? because on that current build it is not included. If you have the RAM I would recommend this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1d5ah The changes are a better case, liquid cooling since AMD run hot and would allow overclocking to higher levels. I changd the hhd to a 750gb one, i also changed the power supply since the one you had selected was too much.
no do not have ram i forgot to put it in

Went about $20 over budget, but it's well worth it. This system will allow you to get a modest overclock out of it, but it will have no problem maxing out any game you throw at it. (other than Crysis and Metro, of course)
As close as I could get with decent RAM

Still a solid build
Huh? The RAM you used for your build is exactly the same price as the RAM in mine, but that MSI 970a-g46 will prevent any real OCing on a 6350. The GPU you used is a better choice for the money though.
Sorry, was building when you posted :P
Anyways, I was trying my best to keep it close to the price point. I know the motherboard isn't the greatest, but most people geting into building don't want or need a huge overclock right away. A modest overclock can still be achieved.
To satisfy a more robust overclock, here is a safer choice

I have never owned one of those boards, so I can't say anything definitive, but I would not try to OC a 6350 on that board. You are of course right in saying that most newbs are not interested in OCing, so It comes down to if the OP would rather have the SSD, or the ability to OC.
I assume you speak of the MSI, as the Asrock has much higher quality components.
If the OP was to forgo the SSD option, this build would be much different.
While the Asrock does have high quality components, it only has 4+2 power phase design, which is generally considered inadequate for OCing modern AMD CPUs. There has actually already been a thread discussing OCing with this board.

ohhhh i like dat a bit more
I know you had $740 build in the title but if you can do the extra $60 up to $800 i would go with this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1d99M it is the same as Nord496 build but with the fx 8350 processor up from the 8320. if you can swing the extra cash i would recommend it

8350, squeezed a 7950 in there.
$20 over budget but worth the extra money.
Better than a 760. No CPU cooler but you dont need to overclock that CPU js. The better card will bear more of a performance than a 760 and a oc 8350.
Here $740 Exact with MIR.

I like the 8 core cpu yay i hink i have to go cut more lawns XD
