700 dollar build

I am building a pc for myself for 700 dollars. Can i have some support on if this is a good pc. I got the hard drive and optical drive from an old computer.

 

Amd fx-6300

asus m5a78l-m lx plus

G skill ripjaws 8gb

radeon 7870 xfx

1tb hard drive 7200 rpm 

some sort of optical drive 

nzxt phantom

I need a psu for this thx.

Not bad, but I would prefer a stronger motherboard.

Make sure the optical drive and hard drive are of a SATA interface.
