I Want to make a 700$ build that can play games at high graphics. Any Respond Would be great!

This will run nice and cool as that 7950 has what I think is the best design on a cooler around and will hit 4-4.4ghz on the cpu noproblem and give great gaming perfromace.  If you need windows drop the video card to like a 7850 or gtx660 to stay at that price
