This one is slightly over 60 pounds but it's a rebranded Seasonic. This one again is slightly over 60 pound but its 750w. Those are the only ones I'd recommend. There was an OCZ one that was close but with the unclear future for OCZ I was hesitant to list it.

That XFX unit is decent; I'd grab it, unless you can find a FD Integra 650 for less.
Well theres also this Fractal Design one but while Fractal makes good cases I have no idea what their PSU's are like. The XFX/Seasonic would be the tried and true brand and Corsair has made some rather excellent PSU's so far and only seem to be getting better at it. So yeah, the choice would be up to you. I could go cheaper but none of cheaper ones are brands I know or trust.
