I'd go with this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1rbnD

APU- APUs are decent for games, but the render performance is pretty lacking. You can go with Intel here for better render performance, but the price will increase because you need a GPU.

Mobo- The ASRock is a solid board with some good features, and Logan has used it in one of his "Build a PC" videos.

RAM- Fast RAM with an APU is a must and this G.Skill is good and fast, and 8GB. I would prefer having 16GB in a rendering machine but it's too expensive.

HDD- 1TB Seagate Barracuda is cheap and nice. What else can I say?

Case- The Carbide 300R is quite nice at its price point but you could certainly go for a less expensive case.

PSU- Corsair's CX series is nice and cheap. The 430 V2 has 80 Plus rating making it even better.

OS- Windows 8 Pro is really the way to go now. You can use Start is Back to get the start button again, and when Windows 8.1 launches just enable boot to desktop. No more using the ridiculous Modern UI!

Monitor- IDK how good this monitor is. It's cheap. That's all I can say. An APU will perform better at a lower resolution, though, if you mind gaming at 1600x900.

Since it seems you don't have a preference, grab any generica mouse and keyboard, but if you want a nice FPS mouse a Corsair M65, Steelseries Kana or Sensei, and Razer's Deathadder 2013 are all good choices. They are, however, expensive.

BTW, overclocking is making your CPU, GPU, or RAM run faster then they are rated at to get more performance. For example, if you have a 3.4 GHz CPU that turbos to 3.8GHz, and you turn the CPU up to 4.2GHz, you are overclocking. The same applies to GPUs and RAM, although the method is different.

Thank muh later ;)
