this asrock board is all you need foor a non K part (sata 3 port for a posible ssd, usb 3.0 header, etc.)

7870 is worth the extra money (the deal on your 7850 is now over so i would go for the 7870)

1333MHz RAM is quite sow, this corsair one is fast and cheap with good quality
