£600 gaming pc

Hello guys, I want to venture into PC gaming and I will be buying all my parts in about 2-3 weeks (after my final exam). I have about £600 to spend maybe £20 more. I have already selected the peripherals that I want and that adds up to £125 so I have £500 left for the PC. I don't need a copy of windows (thank god) so it is just the parts.

I have put this together. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3MtHQ

Is it good?

Anyone?

I think that looks pretty reasonable. Swap the 8GB of RAM for 2x 4GB.

I think you should choose cheaper peripherals and spend more money on the system. I'll do a reallocation and post it beneath.

You could easily fit a 280x in the configuration. You only need a rubber dome keyboard for £5-10 and then a decent mouse for £40

Oh sorry I didn't say but the peripheral money is the monitor, keyboard, wireless adapter, speakers and a usb stick for a windows install. That adds up to £125.

Ah, ok. Well, the 760 and the i5 are going to be satisfactory for the price.

Ok thanks for the help. I am going to enjoy the switch from console to PC. :D
