I was planning on building a new computer soon and i put together a rig focused on the FX 8350 and i was wondering if this rig is good and any suggestions would be nice

Now about the parts i don't have in there is because i plan to recycle them like my 1tb hdd, my Optical drive, my Video card, and my OS
the video card is a 7750 ( i bought it for an older computer with a weak PSU) it still works just fine and i bought it just like 2 monthes ago.
Now to my questions
Is the h80i a good recommended water cooler? How high can I overclock with this cooler? and i chose this to clean up the socket a little. (aesthetics wise)
is this MoBo good? I chose this for $ and future Xfire support for higher end cards when i upgrade.
How well does this case work for a water cooler?
is this PSU good? i chose 750w for xfire headroom later on.
Would there be any changes that you all would make to this rig?
Closed loop water coolers are pointless unless you get one with a dual rad. there are air coolers that perform better and cost less (COOLER MASTER RR-T812-24PK-R1). if you want to use a closed loop system go with the corsair H100i and a case that supports it. corsair cases are some of the best around and all of them will suport the H100i but any case that has two 120mm fan mounts next to each other will also support it.
as for the PSU, i would stay away from rosewill. rosewill is new egg's cheepo' brand. they buy what ever's cheep and slap the rosewill branding on it. SeaSonic is about the best PSU brand. any corsair PSU is also a good choice (any corsair PSU that doesn't have an "i" at the end of it is a SeaSonic).
other than that, it's a good processor but i've had problems with Gigabyte motherboards, i would go with an ASUS or ASRock board. And for RAM i would go with Corsair, G.Skill or Mushkin. they're all solid brands and you can pretty much always count on them working and being stable.
