I am trying to stay around $600. Would the PSU be enough for my GPU? And will the GPU play just about every game 1920x1080 on Ultra? Recommendations are welcome :)
That GPU will play moist any current game on 1920x1080p.
I'd get another brand of PSU. Here is a Seasonic for only 10 dollars more. Here another really good PSU (actually even better) for only $20.00 more.

This build will offer roughly the same performance to yours, but will be much more upgradable.
+1, has a better PSU compared to OP's build, and based on the AM3+ socket. Great motherboard which can easily handle an 8 core AMD FX-8350 or something similar.
Instead of the 4300, how about the 4130? They both have 3.8 Ghz and it's a few bucks cheaper.
Don't judge a CPU purely by its clock speed.
FX-4130 is old architecture and had some performance issues. I'd stick with the 4300.
