$600-800 Gaming PC Build

Hello everyone , I am building a new PC on a somewhat tight budget. I game on 1080p , looking for High to Very high performance settings in games with this build , I need some expert opinions , If everything is right , and if the PSU is enough for this build.
Here it is :

CPU - AMD FX 6300 With 212 Evo

MOBO - Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

RAM - HyperX Fury Black 8GB

GPU - Gigabyte R9 280 OC

PSU - PSU Seasonic S12II-620

HDD - *Already have one*

SSD - Transcend SSD370 128GB

CASE - COOLER MASTER K 280

So I need mainly to know : Is the PSU enough for this build? I have seen that Seasonic Power Supplys are very good and long lasting , and the price wasnt that bad either. Another thing is : Is the 270X enough for 1080p gaming or do I need to get a 280X instead? Also im not 100% about the case , would like some recommendations.
I live in Lithuania and use Litas currency , so if you have any parts to recommend , please use Lithuanian retailers ( because not everything is avaible here ) , like Skytech.lt or Kilobaitas.lt .

Thank you.

P.S. - Updated rig (CPU and Mobo.)

This will do it for ya:

Enough power for anything you throw at it.

If you make sacrifices you could have a superclocked GTX 970 instead of the R9 290:

This is cheaper and more powerful than an overclocked 8320

you also get 2 sticks of ram for dual channel speed and the GTX 970. If you want to push things farther, you can get an upgraded case or an upgraded graphics card.

AMD processors are old now and you have to invest to make them faster (cooler and motherboard), but the devils canyon intels are faster at stock speeds than the AMD are overclocked and you don't need to dump money into the overclocking equipment.

You could even get a z97 motherboard and upgrade to an i5 or i7 later if you wanted to have a go at overclocking.

Well I can see a big difference between US and EU markets. The parts that you listed cost waaay more than my budget allows. Need something cheaper by probably even $200 ..

I could help you more if I knew what country you are in. This lowers the price without lowering performance by much.

parts will vary, but here are a few pointers:

  • RAM: get the cheapest that has casL of 9 or less and 1600mhz or more
  • CPU: get the cheapest  devils canyon i5 you can find ( better than current AMD offerings)
  • Motherboard: look for a H97 or Z97 that has good customer reviews. you really just need something reliable since you arent overclocking.
  • Graphics card: prices on nvidia just dropped for the GTX 700 series. so go for a GTX 770, preferably the 4gb or the GTX 780 if you can afford it.
  • Case: just get what ever fits in your budget and includes dust screens. The time saved on cleaning out your case is well worth a little extra money.
  • Power supply. Just get a bronze power supply that is at least 550W and has good customer reviews online.

If you follow those guidelines then you should be able to build something in budget that is powerful enough for just about any game out there at 1080p

I live in Lithuania , the build you posted equaled here to $970... It is affordable for me , But I think I will make some tweaks and it should be fine. Thank you.

get the r9 270 instead of the 270x. its practically the same performance but like $20-$30 less
