That site has no option to share your cart so you will need to look at this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GDHw and find those parts on that site these are what I put in the cart it came out to like 505 when I did it on the site and is pretty soild for 500
you can fit a Phenom 2 and a motherboard that you can overclock with into that budget

Why u ch00se 1gb forthe graphics card not 2gb ? Do i need OS to play steam games?
A 2 GB card is only better if you want to run multiple monitors. In regards to your other question. you need an OS to do anything, if gaming is not important to you, you can play a few games on linux which is free, however most games only work on windows, so if you don't already have a copy, you will have to add anouther 60 euros to your budget to pay for windows 8.
