$500 build with no on board graphics?

I saw the $450 build. But, i have had major issues with on board graphics in the past 2 computers. I'm thinking maybe Cyber Monday will have some really good deals and i would like to see if anyone is willing to help put a few part pickers together for me. I am currently overseas in the air force but i will be able to order the parts from here on cyber Monday.  I am trying to either buy 2 computers for around 1200 or one pc for 600-800. I want to be able to play games with high frame rates i don't care so much about quality of the game. I do not want to lag so i don't mind turning quality down. I would prefer an i5 at least and 100% sure i want separate graphics. I don't know whats best or compatible but i understand how to put the computer together. I do not need a mouse monitor or keyboard included in the price though it would be nice. Thank you all for the help.
