I have a Powercolor PCS+ R9 390, that is updated to 17.4.3, and I am trying to use a Seiki SE42UM with the updated firmware. For some reason when I turn on the TV, nothing shows up so I decided to hook up a second display and when I try to unlock the computer from the second display, it does the unlock animation but does not really unlock. I turn off the tv and it unlocks normally, but when I turn on the TV, the computer locks. I turn off the TV again and it seems like if Windows (10) restarted without going through a full restart. I am honestly baffled and have no idea where to go from here.
