4k editing and gaming PC 1200-1400

Hello, I wanna make a gaming and editing PC with 1200-1400 of budget. I work with premiere pro, after effects and photoshop. I wanna work succesful in 4k with my new pc. Also I wanna play games like GTA V, The Witcher 3, The Division,.. in high quality (no ultra) at 4k.
Also in a future I wanna do SLI or Crossfire, so the motherboard must be a good one
If somebody answer me, thank you.

Your going to have problems really playing games at 4k at this price point. Preferably you'd really want either, to wait for the new graphics cards to come out in the coming months, or get 2 current gpus. I have htis build set for a single R9 Nano, so to really game well at 4k I would recommend in future getting a second R9 Nano: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Wmc723

something I tossed together.

Either way if you wanted to do crossfire. You would want to up the PSU to something like a 850W+

also if you go x99 may want to get more RAM 32gb maybe? or 4x4gb sticks rather than 2x8gb

Here's what i put togheter: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mzpwMp
If you want to go for crossfire, you will have enough wattage, and you have 2 DDR4 slots remaining if you want more RAM.

Just a couple of changes to @kingzerath's build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7GWqYJ

Cheaper RAM and a Fury instead of a 390x.

can you wait a little under 2 months? thats when the new gpu and cpu's are coming out and many of the current ones will get cheaper, and you have the option of buying a new one made for 4k like the 1080ti.
