I have my 4930 at 4.7GHz with 1.375V. How much more juice will I need to get to 5GHz?

Every chip is different. There's no way anyone in the universe could tell you that.
I think that by saying my current OC it would be easy to determine the amount of voltage needed for 5GHz.
How every piece of silicon is different in some way, you cannot just predict it by that result. Some 4770k's get to 4.3 easy and then won't go to 4.4 under any volts...

You could just try and oc to 5.0 with the same volts then just slowly ramp up the volts till u get it to go or not
