4690k Overclocking Question

I've been running my new rig since late December; the full spec list is in my profile. The CPU is an i5 4690k on a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI motherboard with a Zalman air cooler. My temps are fine and I was getting 4.6ghz at 1.275 vCore and everything is stable. Anyway recently I noticed that my Bus Clock is always less that 100mhz even when at full load which makes the actual clock speed somewhere around 4.4ghz; at full load(benchmarking, encoding, etc...) the bus clock will be around 96mhz and at idle it's 98-99.x mhz. I know when I was initially benchmarking the rig for the initial overclock this wasn't the case. Today I tried resting my BIOS and setting everything back for my overclock, but that didn't change anything. Here's a screenshot of HWiNFO64 when I was running a stress test:

And another one at idle:

Any ideas on what has happened/is going on?
