450 Dollar Gaming Pc

I'm thinking of making this 450 dollar gaming pc here are the specs:

Toshiba 500 GB 7,200 RPM Sata 6 HDD 50 dollars

Corsair Vengeance 4Gb DDR3-1600 CL9 Ram 40 dollars

Cooler Master TC102 Mid Tower ATX Case With 500 watt psu 28 dollars

Msi R7790-1GD5/oc AMD Radeon 7790 OC 1GB GDDR5 GPU 160 dollars

Msi 970A-G46 AM3+ ATX AMD Mobo 40 dollars

AMD FX 4130 Black Edition 3.8GHz Quad Core Cpu 100 dollars

This is the build I am thinking of doing please tell me if I can do a better build with the same amount of money

you have forgotten to include a power supply and case. the phenom 2 x4 965 will outperform the fx 4170 for less money.

Dont use case's that have free psu's with them.

thay are offten very low quality and do not deliver anywhere near the power thay say thay do
