Maximum budget is £450.
build looks okay for that budget, however, i would personaly grab a better mobo.
Like Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 or the Msi 970 Gaming
+1, although if OP is not planning to upgrade to an 8 core, the ASRock Pro3 should be fine.
