Hey, I have made a PC part list, and I was talking to my friend and he said I need at least a 500W PSU. But I wanna do a cheap build and the 430W PSU I have now is what for the price. But I wanna know if I need a 500W+ PSU?

Yes, easily enough. The 750ti only pulls about 75W, I think.
I would advise picking the R7 265, which was recently released. Same price, and a little bit beefier.

It is plenty. You could even throw in a much more powerful GPU, like say a GTX 760 or R9 270X and be just fine. Plus, you only have an Athlon CPU. You won't be dropping a GTX 780 in there or anything so power wise you'll be fine even if you decide to upgrade in the future.
430W more then enough, if it is a decent one.
I'm a Nvidia fanboy so I'll stick with this :P
you dont need 500W for that. the complete system as you have in your partpicker will barly use 200W on total
