£400 High end CPU build - 3770K

Hey, just wondering on your opinions on this build? Pretty cheap as well.

CPU:

Motherboard:

£408.52 total. Getting it from Amazon is a lot cheaper.

Getting it from my Orignal place it was going to cost me £446.19 so i've saved around £15 on the CPU. £20 on the motherboard and £5 on the cooler. So it all adds up. I can get this next week as long as everything goes well :D

hope you guys like it, i was planning on getting the 2700K but best go for Future proof tech.
