$400 Dollar Build Suggestions?

Quick Question, trying to build a gaming machine for a friend with a limit of $400. Preferably AMD and with a dedicated graphics card rather than integrated. If anyone could suggest some good parts or even like a pc part picker with all the parts, would be really helpful.
