Hi there, I am a student using my own PC. I had my PC for about 5 years now or so... and I know forsure i need an upgrade, better yet a new PC.. Mainly because I'm always lagging and can't do much here. I need some help with building parts for a computer

I am quite inexperience with technology so do simplify if you can! (thankyou)

I am looking for minor gaming, editing, regular use comp. I am using my own money for this so very tight on budget! 

Some tips to build and to start off with would be greatly appreciated!! THANKS!

Well you could take a look at Logan's 375$ build and replace the gpu with an HD7750 or something similar.

Also remember to next time search for threads. Just found a bunch of $400 builds by simply typing "400" into search bar.
