Im new to PC gaming and i have a crap computer (i run minecraft at 15 fps on LOW-LOW settings) i am 14 and have been researching on how to build a gaming pc. Im now really confident that i can build one but i have a low budget. I am selling my PS3 (Hoping to get $250) and i WOULD sell my xbox but im not allowed too since i have to share it with my little sister. i am going to save up and hopefullt have it soon. i do not know what parts i should get, a friend has some key boards and mice and he said he would give me a set. ill use my tv until i can afford monitor :( and i will hopefully come across a friend that has a copy of windows 7 (Windows 8 sucks BALLS and i dont want to get llinux until later when it takes over everything) but i just need a build around $400-$450 so if you find a build that i should use for my first gaming pc please list the parts and the price of each part down below. Thank you!
i Live in Central US like in the VERY middle
Then newegg would probably be the best option, taxless.
ok, in that case I will use Newegg, they have quite good diy combos, I will give you a link to. Any of them would be decent except for the third one down.

before you upgrade your monitor I would suggest to upgrade the video card in the system. The AMD based systems are all APU based which means that they have onboard graphics, the intel based one has a discrete GFX card which will probably be the best performance but the system only has 4 gigs of ram.
My choice if I was in your position would be to go for the top system and upgrade the graphics when you can.
thanks i just dont want an ssd becuase i think they dont hold enough for me. i dont really care if when i start up windows it will be 3 seconds faster or a town is skyrim will load faster, i dont want one unless i can get like 5 i just want an hdd
i looked at all of them and i think im going to get the 2nd system. Does it come with windows 7?
If you need an OS, you can try something like this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vNGm
Or this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vNTs
Second one might be better for you since the video card has HDMI which you can use with your TV. Also has DVI which you can use when you buy a monitor.
AMD APU's are muy bueno, trust me I had an A8 and it was insane how much I could actually run on it. I mean it was a 500$ Laptop with a mobile version of the A8 and could run Day-Z on medium settings without lag, and minecraft on a 256x256 texture pack maxed out without lag. They also run alot faster with fast RAM, and I only had 1333MHz RAM at the time. So I'd go for it. They're perfect for budget builds.
