Recently bought a decent gaming rig and would like to get a decent pair of gaming headphones that have a mic and decent sound quality. Probably will use them with razer surround.
Any help much appreciated!

Do you want usb or analog headsets ? I have a corsair 1300 and it has superb sound quality and decent mic quality for the price i would recommend that but it is £10 above your budget.

I know you said you wanted a headset with a mic, but I would definitely recommend getting some good earbuds/headphones and then a cheap clip on mic.
I say this because I got the Steelseries Siberia V2's but I've ended up using my Soundmagic E10's for audio quality (not that the V2's are bad audio-wise) and comfort (same again), and then just having the headset around my neck for the mic.
But if you are dead set on an all in one headset, the Plantronic Gamecon 780's are on sale atm and they should be better then anything else in your price range.
Either of these will give you the ability to use Razer surround aswell.
Edit:Just realised you said on ear... These should be good for the price, and will probably destroy anything else in your price range for audio quality, but the mic and inline control look a little iffy.
