40+ monitor Mounts?

I recently purchased the Philips BDM4350UC 43-Inch Monitor and I am looking for mount that have tilt and swivel that sets on the desk without clamping (since I have a glass desk)? Any suggestions? Also any ideas about reducing the glare on that monitor?

I dont think you are going to find a stand of that size than can tilt, thats a lot of weight to have angled

at least I cant find one

only way you will get tilt is with wall mount
