When having my pc off for a while and powering it on i occasionally have low clock speed and device does not boost to normal 4.15ghz speed. Anyone else have this issue or know a fix for it. Also after reboot system returns back to normal.
Running latest windows 10 1909
Ram is set to 3200 32x4 kit for corsair vengeance pro 16-20-20-38

It seems like changing the power plan to AMD Ryzen balanced has fixed my issue.
