the board should just default all sticks to the lowest speed.
Also his timings are different. The GSkill stick needs to be removed, and the other memory sticks manually set to what they are supposed to be if this board does not have xmp. One problem at a time, maybe the 970 has an issue. Try using it again when the ram situation is fixed.
Will work on the memory timings tomorrow will be busy until then.

Changed ram and things seem better, might just be because its better ram though lol.
