$355 ($263 US) build opinions?

So, what are people's opinions on this budget AMD build?
All prices and parts are from one retail store and parts picked due to availability. (Prices in AUD)

it is 'ok' but that RAM speed is going to hinder the overall performance of the APU.

well it depends..
do you want to play casual games and office work? than this is a good build.
but can be made even cheaper.

For average/moderate gaming this most likely just does not cut it

I'm mainly getting it to do some programming, minecraft, HL2 and GMod caliber gaming on it and just maybe edit and render a 720p video.

I guess I could get less, faster RAM. Anyways, getting computer parts in Australia is much harder than you may think. no newegg, amazon, or many other sites like that ship here. Sticking to the parts list (pdf in original post) is VERY preferable.

Can always try pccasegear too, from memory they aren't too bad.
