Holy heck, a 550ti for $80!!! you sir found a awesome priced 550Ti, i honestly do not know if that power supply is solid so i will recomend one that floats my boat. The XFX 450 is a solid psu, easily power your system and save you money vs your current 500.
I would also recomend you purchase a 2x2gb ram kit instead of just one stick of 4gb.
You can save a little more money by also getting a H61 motherboard, since it is a fairly budget system it will do the job just fine.
