Hello everyon. I need some help from some knowledgable techs about this budget gaming pc.
Will it run?
Will it play most games?
Will it last?
Thanks in advance.

use pc part picker. www.pcpartpicker.com that is a really good tool to use as well
As for the build I would recommend backing off on the memory speed. Get something that is 1600MHz and putting it into your Video card. I would recommend the hard drive be stepped up too. for around $100 you could get a 2TB Seagate that would be much faster.
2tb terabyte for a 350 build? really? :/
for the same price as the 320gb you could get a 500gb WD caviar blue, your call but anyone with a brain would choose the 500gb lol
It seems like a solid build, maybe spend 20 bucks more and get a amd phenom II X4 965 Black Edition, those are pretty damn powerful. Up to you though.
For the graphics card, I'd say it isnt the best possible choice but I see the assasins creed which I think is your main reason, you could run it. If you don't want the assasins creed TOO much i'd reccommend a 7770 ghz edition for 30-40 bucks more, or a 560 TI for 20-30 more. Your call nonetheless.
you also need a case, grab any cheap-ass case
you also need windows which is $90, or you could get linux for freeeeeee
tl:dr
You have some optimal changes that you could make for more money, still your call though.
It will run most games on low-med, older games on high probably.
Since it's low budget, it wont exactly be future proof, but it would last iunno, 2-3 years before you need to make a few changes.
And of course, have fun!
Edit: If you want to make it last a few more years in term of future proofing, but decreasing the life of the cpu and gpu lol, overclock the dick out of it, for that you need a fan, i'd reccommend the hyper 212 evo, that thing is great for the price.
I'd suggest an APU from AMD. This is just my personal opinion, but I feel like it leaves better room for upgrades. Especially considering that if you buy a graphics card down the road, it can be ran in crossfire with the APU. However, if you go this route, bump up your memory to 8gb or make sure you get the fastest ram possible, because the APU shares memory with the rest of the system.
Or better still get 1333Mhz. H61 motherboards only support up to 1333Mhz RAM maximum.
I don't see any case... Do you already have one?
I suggest this gpu http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7770pmd1gd5 and this hdd http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st500dm002
well i guess that gpu works since its cheaper lol.
for 350 though may as well roll with an apu
I think with an APU like the A-10 you'll have no problem running games at mid resolution with decent fps. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zsjr PSU is overkill but gives more than enough margin for later upgrades (GPU/SSD/HDD...etc)
isnt 500w a MASSIVE overkill? estimated wattage is only 189w
thats like pretty much 2.5x more wattage than needed
your build is really good for the price i would only change your hardrive to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236339&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=2026489&SID=2vD3Dhr84D1D2 its 10 bucks more but well spent.
Totally overkill, but for 5$ (at the moment) more than the 430W, why not...
If I may make a suggestion, you can go with my exact setup ($325)
CPU- AMD A8 5600K APU with Integrated Radeon HD 7560D graphics, which can be crossfired with an HD 6670 $100 (The A10 APU is only about 3% faster than the A8, theres a $20 difference between the A8 and A10)
2x4gb DDR3 1600mhz ram $25
Western digital Caviar Blue 7200rpm 500GB HDD $50
ECS A75F2-M2 motherboard with HDMI, DVI, and VGA outputs $80
Thermaltake V3 Black edition case $30
Antec 500W PSU $40
