$350 budget build update?

I am about to build my first pc and money is an issue, so I have decided to build the $350 budget build from the video posted for Nov&Dec 2012. Got it down to $300 by scavenging a HDD and Optical Drive from my previous pc. This is my list:

CPU: AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core

Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M-DGS Micro ATX FM2

Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB DDRS-1866

Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500w 80 Plus Bronze Certified ATX12V

Case: MSI TC-(Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

Was wondering what people thought of this. Any personal reviews etc. Also, since I know technology moves quick and this $350 build is a few months old, are there any parts from this list that could be upgraded while still staying withing a $300-$350 price range? Any advice is very much appreciated.

Wait untill next month for the next generation "richland" APUs to come out. Also, if you put a little more money into your motherboard, you will be able to overclock your CPU.
