with the Big Bang MB's from MSI they rest them in a hot box be for shiping them so your 99% sure not to get a DOA. I took off one monitor to fit a raid card so you can run 4 120gb ssd's in raid 0 and not slow down (this card should support up to 6 maybe 8 drives without slowing down. should be twice as fast as the 2 drive set up. Plz for the love of Cookies! dont get a green drive. you want reliable storage then you should go with a better drive.

or with the shimian http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zEql

yeah,  just get 3 256 gig ocz vector or samsung 840 ssds, raid 5 (on the MB controller), and then 3 2tb or 1.5tb WD black, and RAID 5 on the RAID card

Thank you so much guys for your feedback, I'm working on a new build putting together the latest reccomendations by Akira. Now, I have one small complaint about the Shimian monitor. I love that it's 1440p and that it is extremely affordable BUT the shipping process will involve alot of rigorous handling and i'm not too sure the shimian will rise to the challenge and stay intact. IMO it's an amazing monitor, but it will have to last shipping to the US, THEN to Saudi OR straight to Saudi if ebay offers so. I dunno, what do you guys think? I just want to have this baby hooked up and running in a day, don't want any hassle.

Also one small quick question. The MSI Big Bang Mobo has onboard wifi and soundcard correctoo?

no on board wifi. the on board sound  is lossless 24bit 192bit. if you want better sound you'll be looking at the $100+ sound card range. The MB has 7.1 audio and optical out. so if your going to a Dac or receiver you will be more than fine.

Okay, i'm spending about $1200 purely for a sick monitor setup, so I don't really have the luxury of spending money on extra shit i don't need. What I need now, is a future-proof, on-board-wifi, on-board-sound mobo. ANy suggestions??
