Hi I'm new to the forum and interested in doing my first pc build. I have $3000 (max) . The machines main job is for ML and data science projects. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks.

Mainstream i7, SSD scratch disk, and one or more titan Xps.
That's really the most you want/need.
AWS is a lot cheaper if you don't need dedicated hardware.
