$300 Gaming Rig?

Need a $300 Gaming Rig Build No Higher in price! 

Obviously not looking to play at ultra or high settings but I am looking to get decent FPS on low or medium settings at 1080p. Really just wanna jump over to the PC so I can stop paying the idiotic price of $60 dollars for one game....
