$300 Budget build for client

I'm building a home office pc for a client of mine.

I know I'm spending a bit much on the case but he requested something a bit flashy.

Change the HD to a desktop hard drive. You really should get 4gb ram. 965 is $79 on newegg right now. would make a fair home office pc. 

Everything's compatible, yea. But Iwould consider some cheap FM2 options. This would be a great processor:
