$300-$400 build, any suggestions?

I'm a console gamer moving to PC and i just wanted some opinions on what the best spec for this price range would be? 

Any replies are great :)

Wait untill next month, the AMD "richland' APUs will have come out. you will be able to crossfire the integrated graphics on the APU with a HD 6770, which will give you decent FPS in most games.

AMD A10/6670 Should be about 180$ and can max BF3 on 720p or High on 1080p.

Some 1866 Ram 50$

An ASROCK Pro4-M Mobo - 75$

NZXT source 210 - 30$

Corsair 430W bronze plus - 30$

Somethin like that.

Everyone recommends the NZXT source 210 that case is cheap and stylish :)
