Im dont think its quite possible, without some serious ebay or craigslist scavenging. Why dont you want an APU rig?
Saving some extra cash for a decent mid range card/cpu will pay off in the long run, don't go and buy something ridiculously cheap that will be obsolete within a few months
Best i can do ....i suggest you save up some more for a better sistem but this will play those games

430's are more than often 30$ though. Coopers is probably more pure performance I'm just more picky.
You should be able to play BF3 on medium settings on either.
If it was APU based, I could make it within the price tag.

Save up another $100, and buy a XFX Radeon HD 6670, and put them in CrossfireX.
The APU can handle Battlefield 3 at 1920x1080p, on low at around 30FPS. If you play at 1366x768, your performance will go up.
