3 cpu coolers comparison

Hey people. I am on a crossroad at the moment. I wana get a cooler for my future apu. 3 coolers have grabbed my attention:

CoolerMaster T4, CoolerMaster Seidon 120V and Noctua NH-U12S.

Now the T4 is dirt cheap, but it have descent performance for its prise. Will limit my Overclocking...

Seidon 120V is close loop water cooler. Cheap one, noisy one. Performance wise its better than T4, but it's really loud and people report a lot of issues with it.

Now the Noctua - great reviews everywhere, silent as hell, way over my budget, but it is really good.

Now my question:

Any opinion on the Seidon cooler will be welcome. This is my main choice at the moment, but if it reallyhave defects and is way to loud and if T4 will limit me in the overclock area I will spend the extra cash for the Noctua. Basically I need customer feedback for the T4 and the Seidon 120V.

The APU will be A10-7700K. I am going for 4,2 or 4,3GHz for the CPU and 850 and up if possible for the GPU.

Thanks in advance.

This is my philosophy on after market coolers and when you should buy one.  Generally speaking if you're going to drop $50+ dollars on a cooler or more you're almost always better off getting a higher tier product as you will get more performance per/$ unless you're getting something you can really oc well and will out perform the next thing in line with stock cooling.

It says that you have a gpu as well honestly I would suggest getting a non apu processor if you already don't have that platform yet, you will most likely get better performance that route.
