3 BSOD's on a new pc within the last 2 days

So as the topic says, i have gotten about 3 bsod's in the last 2-3 days on my new pc, got some help setting up a debugger to analyze the .dmp files, but i must admit i do not really know exactly what they mean, was hoping some friendly souls in here could maybe have a quick scan over it and give a little assistance.

The first bsod just happend randomly, wasn't doing anything special, pretty much just browsing around after installing the pc, 2nd one happend in pretty much the same way and the 3rd one actually happend right after the 2nd, while the pc was booting from the 2nd bsod.

Someone on another forum suggested it might be a faulty CPU, "FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x124_GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR_CACHE", could that really be true? i have not done any overclocking or anything and the cpu is about 3 days old, but i guess faulty hardware is always possible :)

Installed bluescreenview and got a few screenshots, all the 3 files show the same so i will link the screenshots, the .dmp files and the debug i did.

2 of the .dmp files:

Thanks in advance!

Not sure if this is the right forum, but could not find a issue related topic forum :/

The 124 error has something to do with your L2 cache, if I recall.

okay, is that something i should be worried about, i have run aida extreme and prime95 both for an extended period of time, got no errors and with the cpu running boost @ 3.8 ghz, temps reaching just about 60 at max.

Its a 4670k on a msi z87-gd65 gaming by the way :)

ran the intel diagnostic tool and it passed, must admit i have no idea how much it tests tho:

--- Load Level = 8

CPU Load Passed!!!

--- Temperature Test ---

Temperature Test Passed!!!

Temperature = 58 degrees C below maximum.

--- Test End Time: 07/08/2013 20:20:59---

The place i bought it from sadly have the week off, but i guess i should just have a chat with them when they get back next week, can atleast see if i get any bsod until next monday.
