Still curious if this is in my price range...300 - 400 usd.
My question is how much better than R9 290 is going to be compared to a R9 280x since the 290x is probablly going to be out of my budget zone
prolly just some stream processors disabled and maybe less memory
if the r9 290x is less than 6bills im totally buying one.
About time really. I feel they really the steam out of the pressure vessel on this one.
I was semi-hyped even though I could never afford one right now. Just got frustrated with it a week or two ago with all the half measures. Now I'm almost annoyed to read anything about it because it's insulting have my time wasted with non information.
Maybe it was to see what nVidia was throwing out there, maybe something else. In any case if it's not great and offered at a great price they will have a lot of marketing ground to make up. Not to mention having shifted a lot of pressure onto mantle's possible success.
Others may disagree entirely though, however this is my own perception of it.
Im just curious at to how much better it will be than a 280x and if it will justify the cost
suppose to compete with the gtx 780 but prolly wont beat it so hopefully it has better dollar value vs the gtx 780 and gtx 780ti
also what anime is that?
A certain scientific railgun
Well i know a 280x is on par with a 770 and as long as the 290 is on par or even below a 780 by a few frames then the cost should be justified if the rumored price is right
