Which version of this cooler should i buy for this cpu as the socket is not listed in spec sheets but everyone I've asked said it'll fit anyway.

Get the SE2011 one. It will fit that cpu assuming your using a regular 2011 board.
both coolers are basicly the same.
but with the SE2011 edition, you get the mounting hardware for socket 2011 and 2011-3
So thats the one you should get.
Not sure how high you wanne go on overclocking.
But if you wanne go higher then 4.2ghz, then i might recommend an AIO.
like Corsair H110iGT, NZXT krakan X61, or similar.

4.5ghz should be achievable without much fiddling with the NH-D14. It should stay under 70c
4.5ghz could be done on a good chip.
Mine does hover around 70c on a fat dual 120mm AIO in push pull at just 1.175volts.
Then again I think mine has something fishy going on with the IHS.
