$2000 pc

So my friend is looking to build more of a multimedia pc in his words "a pc that can do anything" his budget is $2000 (holy shit) I know he does alot of thing with photoshop and he will be gaming and he said he would like to have 2 tb of space (not mandatory). One more thing Im not sure if he needs monitors keybords ect.... so maybe a few options would be nice....

edited the last build with 3x 22" ips monitors diffrent cass amd mb to get out the door at $1992
