Hi everyone I need help putting together a gaming PC for £2000
here's the info:
the games i mostly play:
microsoft x flight sim
eurotruck sim 2
omsi 2 (bus sim)
i would like a amd base system
will be running 3 1080p monitors
need this system to last me many years(I don't plan on upgrading in the future) i also run a lot of adobe cs6 programs
heres what Ive put together from my knowledge:
Cpu:Fx 9590 with hydro h100i cooler
Mobo:asus crosshairs v formula
Gpu:2x gtx 980
Ram:16gb hyperx fury 1866mhz ram
storage:not sure about storage maybe a 1tb or 500gb ssd and a 2 or 1tb HDD
Case:im not too fused about the case but I would like Good airflow
PSU:1300w psu maybe less if not needed
Any help will be much appreciated
I think for those games Intel's IPC would be better over AMD.

Nice build Sensei .... I agree ... Intel would be a better fit for your needs
the only thing I would do different is the mobo ...
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 7 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
and maybe a 120mm intake fan for the bottom of the case to help cool the GPUs

Any reason why the Gigabyte Gaming 7? Both have pretty similar features. I'm not too sure if the Gaming 7 is worth the extra money.

much better sound and I believe a little better power delivery ... I will have to check the second
EDIT still trying to find powerdeliv stats for the MSI and the uber-tech at Tomshardware says that the MSI has QC issues

and this guy has decent specs of his own

By all means, but with such an budget you should not concider amd, especialy if you are running allot of adobe applications, which love intels single threaded performance in the first place.
5820k is what i would personaly aim for.

Black and Red theme. You can change the cooler to fit that :P
I haven't checked all the other listed build buy the other members here but I would get a Samsung 850 PRO 256GB SSD and 3x 2TB HDDs and put them in Raid 5 for performance and protection.
But that really depends on what you're using your storage drives for.
