First off: I have to option to lend a PC untill February, so I could wait with ordering if that would make a difference (maybe new components come out untill then?)
Thought I just answer the Questions from the Sticky notes. Any other Questions I will answer asap.

Other Notes:
Please submit a PcPartpicker list as it's really easy to configure and edit. (you may have to change the URL to your region.) PcPartpicker list
Now I don't know to much about building together a PC, so that is why a Friend will help me once I have all the components put together. For example: I can not find a Motherboard to fit my build???
i was trying to make a build on partpicker germany but for some reason alot of parts i was planing to select are not listed in the partpicker. i would recommend to buy parts from http://alternate.de because you have alot more choice on diffrent parts. you have a realy big budget on which you be able to not cheap out on things.
i know the post sucks a bit, but its better then partpicker. offcourse a case i pesonal, i selected one i personaly realy like. but you can have a diffrent taste. i tried to make everything color matching. your budget is big that you dont have to cheap out on parts, offcourse you can cheap out if you like. but these are all high quality parts. the way i read your post, thats seems to me that you realy wanne have great parts thats why i selected great parts ☺
This is a dutch website with a so-called 'price watch' of the majority of pc hardware (web)shops in the Netherlands. The prices are relatively the same as in Germany. I'm pretty sure some of them ship to Germany as well.
I went for a case that has a robust appearance and a bit of a military feel to it and tried to match the components a bit. The videocards are quite sleek, but show some metal. I added a relatively large SSD for all software and games you might want to install and a fairly standard 3TB drive for all other things worth storing. You could add a third videocard, without having to invest in a bigger power supply, but that's absolutely overkill for now so consider it somewhat future-proof.
You don't actually need the i7 for gaming, but it doesn't hurt to have some extra power at hand when you need it and to be fair: the budget permits it. All parts are qualified for overclocking. It does come with a watercooling solution, but don't worry: it's a closed system without the need for pumps and pipes. This will allow for some overclocking down the line. Should that get serious, better cooling is adviced though.
Oh don't worry. You guys are helping me out, the last thing I will do is complain about having to klick 10 links ;)
The build looks good from what I can tell. A Question though:
If I take that case will I be needing more fans? I want to have the air cooling as suffiecent as possible and get as much heat out of there as I can.
Secondly, I was thinking about adding a Sound Card because I have these boxes (klick) and this headshet (klick) and want best possible sound. Plus I want best possible sound when gaming over headshet (COD, CSS) or Boxes (GTA, Just Cause 2). Would the Motherboard support a sound card and which could you recommend?
well i think this case comes with 4 fans included if you see there are alot airflow options on that particular case, its also in black availeble by the way. so you can allways decide to put some extra fans init, but i think its no needed.
About a soundcard, i personaly don´t see the benefit of adding a dedicated sound card, Asus Rog boards especialy the OC Formula, got a realy great onboard sound chip. so i think you won´t need a dedicated sound card. because the board it self contains a very decent Supreme FX sound chip.
If you are spending 2000 Euro on a pc and only going 1080p your doing something wrong!
Try 1440p or even 1600p. It will help a bunch when using Photoshop (more screen real estate). Especially going with 2(r9 280X) or just 1 gtx780. All the games you listed are not extremely demanding besides skyrim with a bunch of mods.
Don't be sorry, I do think the performance of this build is worth the money so to speak. Looks etc. are important also, and that's not something you can choose for somebody unless you know them well :)
But to delve a bit deeper into how and why: I have a 256GB SSD in my PC, and it's just a little bit on the small side. That's why I chose to have the Samsung 840 Pro 512GB in there. The Pro series are the fastest of the 840 range, they are also very durable.
Having two videocards, in this case the newest Radeon HD7970 Ghz Edition (called the R9 280X) in a so-called CrossFire setup (where you link up two or more similar videocards to work together) will have an enormous impact on the performance of games. Take a look at the next video where they benchmark the setup. In the graphs, the bottom one is the card in MysteryAngel's build, the top one is the dual card setup. The GTX780 single card is more expensive, but doesn't even come close.
About the cooling: the H100i comes with 3 presets. The quiet preset performs quite well, but if you plan to overclock much you'll be setting it to 'balanced' or 'performance' preset which are noisier, but doable. Nevertheless, a good aircooling unit can be just as quiet and deliver better peformance, maybe even for less money. I just think it looks good and it's just a very good cooler overall. The Noctua NH14 is definitely very good, but be careful that your RAM modules are not colliding with the cooler due to height. That's something you can rule out by picking the h100i. Also, the Mushkin Blackline RAM i picked out is quite low profile.
Looks good to me, psu is ofcourse a bit overkill. and there are better R9-280X cards to get, like the Msi.
But i personaly not realy see the benefit, of a dual amd gpu setup, if you are using adobe software, that like the advanice of cuda cores. ☺ thats why i selected a GTX780.
But offcourse a R9-280X is a good choice for gaming. if you use software that also can utilize open CL then yeah an Radeon is a better choice. ☺ 2 of them in CF kicks some realy ass in gaming, wenn games are good optimized for it, games that are not good optimized, will offcourse be a pain in the ass, thats why ip personaly not a big fan of dual GPU setups. but i prefer a single high end gpu. ☺ This also cut costs on a power supply.
with that budget i would personaly go for a 1440P ips screen. If you buy a 1440P ips with a reasonable respons time, that is much better then a TN for photoshop and that kind of stuf. and also for gaming, they would be pretty nice. but the monitor you posted for gaming is also not a bad choice. but for photo editing and stuff, you want an ips realy. Because TN panels have great respons times, but terrible colors and viewing angles. ips is a much better allrounder.
This is such a back and forth on dual R9-280X or single GTX780 :/
I think I will have to take a few days to look more into the cons and pros of dual vs single gpu. Both setups wrk with this configuration though right? (just to be 100% safe).
What about this ACER G246HLBbid (klick) display? Btw the monitor doesnt effect the PC Budget so if necessary the Monitor can cost up to another 1k.
Thanks for your help, It really means a lot that you take your free time to help a total retard out here :D
Ok so I used some time to look a bit more into dual vs single gpu. Basically everyone recommends good single gpu over dual gpu because of Driver problems (Crashes, Stuttering) and not all Games support dual gpu (eventhough I also read this in only the case for a verry low amount of games).
In the End I choose the single gpu just because I dont want to have to import my Friend from the Netherlands every time I have Problems with the gpu.
So in the End, this is what I plan on ordering. Anything major I am missing or is it fine to go?:
looks great to me, but you realy realy don´t need a 1000W psu, thats a way overkill. unless you ever think about triple sli.. . But as i said before with a single GPU setup, you would be fine with a 650W 80+ gold psu. i would recommend just to go with a 750W 80+ gold. thats gives you plenty of head room. corsair HX series XFX Seasonic Lepa. all good.
