Hi everyone
I bought a ASUS p8z68-v pro/gen3 and I want to use my 2 GPU in it, a 770 and a 280x. Somehow the 2. PCI-E slot doesn't work. If I put the 770 in the top it works the 280X doesn't. If I put the 280X in the 1. one It works and the 770 doesn't. If I put either in the 2. one and no card in the 1. one I don't see anything. Is there a way in the UEFI Bios to activate the PCI-E slots?

Why do you wanne use an Nvidia and an AMD gpu in one system?
It seems that some people got it working, but it must be a pain in the ass... I´m not that surpriced that it does not work, to be honnest..
That's just a stupid idea, sell one and buy the other one.
But for the PCI-E part, your board is probably faulty, send it back.
Ah, the joys of mixing nvidia and amd. lol
They are gooing to fight in there :))
