2,000$ USD PC Gaming/Streaming Rig

Hello guys I am once again building a rig for a friend in the military. Must haves for this one is a black and red scheme with Intel cpu and Asus ROG mobo. Any idea's here is a small sample of what I have come up with http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xTjLFT

Have to go with this case he won't budge lol http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146066

whoops the gpu was a place holder for this gpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121869

pc part picker does not have it listed

That's a very pricy motherboard,.  With a budget like that, you could probably do 2 GTX 780 or R9 290s with some cheaper parts, like an MSI Gaming 3/5 motherboard.

This is slightly over, but includes a decent monitor.

This has all the power, full red and black theme, and a smaller form factor for style and convenience.

I don't think your friend wants extreme overclocking so I went with the H90 and this build has a 200mm red LED fan for the front intake. This has a z97 ROG motherboard and an asus gtx 780 ti along with the i7 4790k.

2x SSD + HDD: smaller ssd for OS and larger for games. The HDD is for media and backup.

Hmm with 2000.00 I would build something like this.

You can make obvious changes.  Like going to one 780 or getting a single 780 TI. I wouldn't buy the Asus Poseidon; it's just as expensive as a 780ti and will not be as powerful.

You can raid SSDs if you want but one 240g SSD should be more than enough fast storage. Can put most games on a mechanical drive.

The rosewill 1000w is over kill but it's priced really well. It's made by superflower so it's good quality.

I like the swiftech h220 over the Corsair h100i. Better quality and performance.

That case is ugly as hell lol; but if that is what he really wants. I put a H440 in this build because it's red/black and it has a cool look overall.

Thanks for all the feedback :D

let us know what you decide to go with! :D
