2.0/2.1 PC speaker system

Hey!

I have 75€ to spend for a 2.0 or 2.1 PC speaker system. I am by no means audiophile but I enjoy good tune. I have searched google for some speakers reviews and theese 2 came with good scores:

1. Creative Gigaworks T20 II (2.0 system, 28W RMS, 50Hz-20kHz) ~66€

2. Philips SPA5300 (2.1 system, RMS 2x10W+30W, subwoofer 20-180Hz, satellites 180Hz-20kHz) ~66€

If you have any other suggestions please let me know because i am sick and tired of listening to my music on my headphones.

Hey, im guessing youre looking for bookshelf speakers? If so then this might be the best option for you since creative isnt the best brand around:

The Dayton B652's: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002RMPHMU/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwpuresimula-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B002RMPHMU

Amazing speakers for the money, they sound like speakers which cost WAY more\

Amp, the Lepai Tripith: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0049P6OTI/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B0049P6OTI&linkCode=as2&tag=wwwpuresimula-20

Solid amp for the money.

DAC: Behringer 202: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000KW2YEI?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwpuresimula-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=1789&creativeASIN=B000KW2YEI

Without this you wont be getting much of the audio quality you could be getting, its pretty necessary

if you have any questions feel free to ask

yeah, basicaly what bald said.... was about to recommend that. not to mention, if you ever do upgrade, its a lot cheaper.

Thank you very much for your response. I have a bit of problem because I want to get everything from my country (Slovenia) or from Austria but I can only find audio interface analiable in my country. I'll go to 2 nearest music centres to check if they have or can order amp and speakers.

I must confess that getting amp and speakers separately never came to my mind

Get the Creatures from JBL - they are around the price you want . it is a 2.1 system and sounds very very good !!!

Or Harman Kardon Sticks ...it is a little bit more expensive but you'll not regret it !!!!

JBL looks very very unconventional...in other words I don't really like it.

If I can find the gear bald recommended I'll be extremely happy...i hope :)

Unfortunately I can't find Lepai amp and Dayton speakers in my country, but I found another option. Are Behringer MS40 good speakers because I can get them with a bit of discount. I would use them with behringer UCA202 audio interface.

P.S. And yes, I upped my budget "a bit".

The behringer does look pretty good, i dont have any experience with them so you should look up some reviews
