I'm using a SSD to boot with and my hard drive gets picked up in Bios but once I get into windows it is no where to be found. ( Brand New )
control panel\administrative tools\computer mangement , storage\ disk mangement
you should see your drive there if it is shaded, you need to create a partition.or too or three
one partition will be enough that it will work . but if you make say three 333 gig partitions
it means quicker searches in each partition . the arm has to travel a less in each partition.
