1st time water cooling, need basics

Hello, am building new samall gaming rig in Bitfenix Prodigy.
Am half way in mooding the case. I will be putting micro atx board in it, so I will be loosing lots of space but not all.
Am thinking water cooling cpu (4770K) and gpu(single GTX780 for now).

So airflow will be like this
intake will be from front  230mm FAN.
Outake will be through TWO SINGLE 120mm thick radiators positened one on the top and one on the rear of the case(i hope this will be enogh)

please suggest something else if you do not recomand this parts

what i do not understand is fittings how to chose them?

also the pump  plaese suggest the pump?

Why not just get a 140mm closed loop like the h100i? There is not much point doing a custom loop if you only are going to be putting in 240mm worth of RADs, especially in a small case like the Prodigy.

Becaouse as i have stated i want to watercool cpu and gpu

and i have not mentaned anything about 240mm radiators

Erm, sorry, I misread that. Anyway, as far as I know using a 240mm rad, or in your case, 2x 120mm rads to cool both the CPU and GPU is iffy at best, and you won't be able to OC much. Your best bet would be to install a 240mm rad in the front acting as an intake, as well as a 140mm rad in the back acting as an exaust.
