<$1700 Editing and Gaming build

Build : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/UG7F

I know i could do better for just a gaming rig but this will be for editing also

I probably wont be overclocking until i feel comfortable and find out how much my power bill will go up.

Im not comfortable with mechanical keyboards and i just chose that mouse because it looks nice,i probably wont even get that one.

Nothing else to say i just want opinions and suggestions.

If you're editing quite a bit, mabye a GTX 670 would suit you better, and the Microsoft Sidewinder is an awesome and cost effective keyboard to pick up. Other then that, solid build.

AMD=/=editing rig

besides OS and monitor/mouse you have 1500 right, you live in the USA/Canada?

managed to somehow sqeeze in socket 2011

no SSD but a 2TB HDD is pretty fast, the 3930K blows the 8350 out of the water for rendering/editing, 660Ti is pretty good, qaud cannel 1866 16GB ram is nice for editing too, the dark Knight should suffice for the 3930K up until maybe a 4Ghz overclock

unless you're twich gaming or a big mmo guy, ditch the keyboard and find an old crusty one and clean it up, with the cash you save you can get this to replace the second set of ram and the 660Ti

If editing and everything will be a big part of your PC, go for gigabusters build.
